For Parents

How do I add a second child?

On the Family plan you can add up to four learners. Open your account menu, choose “Add a child,” and pick their grade and language. Each child gets their own dashboard, progress, and badges. If you're on the Single plan, upgrade to Family first to unlock extra seats.

How do I view my child's math scores?

Select your child's profile, then open the Stats view from the dashboard. You'll see mastery per topic, recent activity, streaks, and where they're improving or need more practice. Scores update automatically as they complete exercises.

Can I upgrade from Single to Family?

Yes. Go to the Pricing page and choose the Family plan — your billing is prorated automatically and your existing child's progress is preserved. You can then add more learners right away.

Is there a free way to try it first?

Absolutely. You can try five exercises with no signup and no credit card. Create a free account to get five exercises per grade, then subscribe whenever you're ready to unlock everything.

For Teachers

How do I invite students to my virtual classroom?

From your teacher dashboard, open your classroom and choose “Invite students.” You can share a class join code or import a roster (see below). Students join with the code and are added to your class automatically.

How do I import my student roster?

The Teacher plan includes roster importing. Upload a class list (CSV) or paste student names, and accounts are created in bulk. You stay in control of every account, in line with FERPA expectations.

How do I assign specific math exercises?

Open a topic in your classroom and choose “Assign.” You can target a specific skill, set it for the whole class or individual students, and track completion from your dashboard as students work through it.

Can I print progress reports?

Yes. From the reports section you can generate per-student or whole-class progress reports and print them or save them as PDF — useful for parent-teacher conferences and administrator reviews.
