Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of KONEssance Math as a parent, student, teacher, school, or district. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using KONEssance Math, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a family, classroom, school, or district, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or teacher. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans (Single, Family, and Teacher) are billed on the interval you select — monthly or annually — and renew automatically until cancelled. Consumer payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
School districts may purchase via custom purchase order rather than credit card. Contact districts@konessancemath.com for district billing terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use KONEssance Math for its intended educational purpose and not to misuse, copy, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. You may not share a single-seat subscription beyond its allowed number of learners.
5. Content and intellectual property
All exercises, explanations, and platform materials are the property of KONEssance Math or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of any content.
6. Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work hard to align content with educational standards but do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify account holders of material changes.
